Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the seals are intact and the invoice is included.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep within 48 hours.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
